AI Transformation

Practical AI, Built Around Your Team

Most AI rollouts measure the wrong thing: tokens burned, seats active, prompts run. That's motion, not results.

I put AI in the plumbing, not the shop window. Governed (drafts, never sends), aimed at where your week and revenue actually leak, and measured against a real number. Your team leaves able to run it without me.

The whole method is free to read in the AI implementation playbook: measure for revenue, govern it first, and put AI in the infrastructure instead of the shop window. The implementation is the part I charge for.

I fell for AI hype too

Then I started tracking what actually moved the needle versus what just felt impressive.

One of my clients, Mystery Makers, was drowning in booking requests. Customers wanted to know availability for specific dates, group sizes, and experience types, all at once. The traditional route: hire more staff, train them, hope they don't burn out.

I built them an AI agent for it. It now handles 80% of their booking inbound: it checks real-time availability and answers in their brand voice, which freed the team to focus on the experiences themselves.

That's the kind of AI worth building. It solves a genuinely expensive problem. Getting there had little to do with fancy technology and everything to do with picking the right problem to solve.

AI Theater
What I've learned to avoid

Implementing AI because it's trendy

Generic prompts that produce generic output

Complex systems that break constantly

Losing the human touch that customers love

Practical AI
What actually works

AI that takes grunt work off your team's plate

Simple systems that compound over time

Workflows you actually use daily

Your authentic voice, just at scale

Where AI actually delivers

Most of the leverage sits in the infrastructure: the drafting, triage, research, and internal grind your team repeats every week. A few customer-facing pieces earn their place too, like the booking assistant I built for Mystery Makers. Here is the range. Which ones fit is what we work out together.

Workflow Automation

Automate repetitive tasks that drain your energy. AI handles the boring stuff so you can focus on creative, strategic work.

  • Email triage & drafting
  • Meeting notes & summaries
  • Document formatting & templates
Research & Synthesis

AI can read, summarize, and synthesize information faster than humans. Use it to process information, then apply your judgment.

  • Market research & competitor analysis
  • Customer feedback synthesis
  • Document summarization
Decision Support

Use AI to explore scenarios, identify risks, and generate options. You make the final call, but AI helps you see the full picture.

  • Scenario planning & modeling
  • Risk identification
  • Option generation
Brainstorming Partner

AI as a thinking partner that sharpens your own ideas. Use it to explore directions, challenge assumptions, and find connections you might miss.

  • Creative ideation & exploration
  • Assumption challenging
  • Problem reframing

How I work

Full disclosure: AI moves so fast that I'm learning alongside you. But that's also why I can help. I'm deep in this every day, separating signal from noise.

1

Opportunity Assessment

I'll map your current workflows and identify where AI could actually help. Not everything needs AI. I focus on where it'll have the biggest impact relative to implementation effort.

2

Strategic Roadmap

I'll prioritize use cases based on ROI, complexity, and strategic importance. Start with quick wins to build momentum, then tackle more complex implementations.

3

MVP Implementation

I'll build the simplest version that works. No complex infrastructure, no over-engineering. Simple systems you can actually maintain and iterate on yourself.

4

Team Training

Your team needs to own this. I'll train them not just on tools, but on AI thinking: how to prompt effectively, when to use AI, and when human judgment is essential.

5

Measure & Iterate

We'll track metrics that matter: time saved, quality improvements, revenue impact. Then iterate based on real usage data. AI transformation is continuous, not a one-time project.

Investment options

Not sure which fits? That's what the intro call is for. No pressure, just an honest conversation about what might actually help.

Before the price, here's what you're probably thinking

  • You've been burned before. An agency billed a stack of hours and handed you a slide deck.
  • You're not sure one person can move a number that shows up in revenue.
  • "AI" sounds like the thing you're about to be upsold.

All fair. That's why the first step is a small, fixed $1,500 audit. You walk away with a map of where growth is leaking and what AI can quietly run behind the scenes. If it doesn't earn its place, you stop there and keep the map.
